Berlin is venue for all legal disputes in connection with this contract, provided that the Partner in question is a legal commercial entity. TeleWord, however, reserves the right to make any legal claims at the general legal venue of the Partner without influencing the previously mentioned exclusive jurisdictional venue in any way.
